iPhone 4: Too hot to handle?

The rumor is that a customer went into an AT&T store recently with an iPhone 4 that had caught on fire. Now we all heard things in the past about cell phones, especially Nokia phones, that could on fire from being leaving them plugged in for too long and the battery catching on fire but could this possibly be true? Could a new 4th generation iPhone really have caught on fire? If it did, did the owner of the phone properly care for the phone, like was all know we do *wink wink*. Could the customer have lead to the phone catching on fire or did the phone spontaneously burst into flames? Will we ever know the truth?
